Zamboni replacement/refurbishment project (complete)
Since the opening of the Jeffers Park Skating Rink, back 30 years, our Zamboni for ice clearing has been an older tractor that has been retro fitted with a zamboni box.
With Many thanks to all who donated, the old tractor has a new shiny zamboni box. Special thanks to Gord & Ken for their many hours in completing this project.
Raise the Roof Project (Complete)
Our ice rink at Jeffers Park is approximately 30 years old, and since Day 1 has been maintained by volunteers donating hundreds of hours of their time a month. We have now successfully completed the construction of the roof over the concrete pad. Landscaping & irrigation work is also complete.
